This is a deep dive into the life-changing science of yoga and meditation. It will teach you the fundamentals of your body, mind and energy systems. The result will be an upgrade to your posture, flexibility, focus, vitality, clarity and happiness.
What’s included with my ticket?

All three tiers come with four, 90-minute live sessions with Ethan (recorded for scheduling conflicts), 20 practice audios (over 10 hours of content), journal prompts, daily homework, accountability check-ins, unlimited yoga classes, and a resource packet.

Amazing. I'm thrilled to be a part of this new adventure with you. No worries, I'll be with you step by step as you begin your healing journey. (Also, for what it’s worth: being a beginner can work to your advantage, as your mind is the most malleable and curious at this stage. You can grow very rapidly here if you are willing.)
What if I'm not strong or flexible enough?
Many people think yoga is all about stretching and advanced poses. Actually, yoga is the practice, philosophy and achievement of knowing your Self. The closer you get, the happier and healthier you will naturally become. The challenging physical poses you might associate with yoga will be included in optional homework and resources, but they're not required for the main training. In other words, stiffness and weakness are no excuse. You don't need to be able to sit in half-lotus, turn off your mind, or have hours of free time to start. All you need is the humility to accept where you're at, and the courage to begin the process.
I'm skeptical of spirituality?
You’re not alone – many seekers begin their journey with an aversion towards “woo”. I'm sympathetic towards your skepticism, and will do my best to provide clarity whenever resistance and confusion arise. During the training, I encourage you to ask questions freely and never settle for answers that don’t resonate or make sense.
I'm worried it won't work for me?
The concepts being taught are Universal – the body is not mysterious, the mind is not untrainable, and the soul is not inscrutable. Millions of practitioners across every nation, race and time-period have found peace through yoga and meditation techniques. It's not magic, it's basic science: learning how to manually alter your breathing pattern – even slightly – can dramatically improve your quality of life.* So let's be honest: Are you really worried it won't work for you, or are you just worried that you won't be disciplined enough to follow through with the training?
