Week 1
Building the Internal Map
Week 1 teaches you ancient techniques for cultivating awareness. It's all about knowing the difference between attention, focus, and concentration. As a result, you'll be able to feel tension, energy and emotions much more clearly, thereby constructing a detailed internal map of your mind–body system (I call it the Hologram).
Why are we doing this? Because you cannot regulate what you cannot feel! It really is that simple.
By day 3, most students report noticing tension they didn't realize they were carrying, feeling it clearly for the first time, like turning on a light in a room you didn't know was dark.
Week 2
Increasing Capacity
Week 2 expands how much energy each of your cells can hold. Eventually you'll begin to use them like a dimmer switch, each one like a little light bulb that can brighten on-command. No more needing caffeine!
Through breath mechanics, correct spinal alignment, and learning to move subtle energy through the body, you will learn to generate and circulate this new energy without getting overwhelmed.
Around day 10, after a few of the practice audios, something else shifts—your body finds a gear it didn't know it had. It begins to feel energy surge through body through nothing but holding the breath in correctly.
Week 3
Stabilizing Your System
Week 3 teaches you how to deliberately down-regulate your nervous by slowing your breath, consolidating energy inward (known as pratyhara in yoga), and strengthening parasympathetic dominance.
The goal is turn relaxation into a skill that you get better at. That means easier sleep, increased flexibility gains, and a quieter mind…wherever, whenever.
By day 18, students often describe lying down for sleep or svāsana and actually feeling their nervous system release—not just feeling tired, but genuinely letting go.

In Week 4—with perception, activation, and regulation in place—real meditative depth becomes available (without dissociation)
How? Simple: energy flows more cleanly through your spine and brain stem which strengthens meditative absorption (dhyāna). With this knowledge, what once felt like rare peak experiences slowly become commonplace.
In the final days, students are able to drop very deeply into their mind, beyond the subconscious. They describe it as 'anchoring' into their center.
